This incident happened in “EXPLOR – INN HOTEL BAR. RESTO” in Kenya. While they were having s3x, this woman felt an unbearable pain, which triggered them to ask for help from their neighbors even it is embarrassing.

According to some explanation, this woman felt that pain because they got locked from each other.
