Jeepney is one of the most common transport vehicles in the Philippines and we can say that it is already part of our culture. However, the jeepney is also marked as an iconic national vehicle, as it has been used in the Philippines for a long time.

Recently, a Facebook user named Joseph Mejia shared his story with an inspiring selfless jeepney driver, as Joseph suddenly left something at home          so that he immediately go back to get it. But when he was finally inside the jeepney, he realized that he left his wallet behind.

However, Joseph admitted that he thought of not paying his fare. But then, his conscience sways him and made his decision when he noticed that the driver was an old man – he approached the driver and explained his situation.

Joseph explained that he was in a rush and suddenly left his wallet, so that he couldn’t pay the fare. Moreover, Joseph admitted that he is ashamed of leaving the jeepney with paying the fare.

What inspired you here is that, the jeepney driver gave Joseph a money. He couldn’t believe it and he said that he couldn’t accept it. The driver looked Joseph in the eyes and said that he will throw the money outside if he didn’t accept it.

In the end, Joseph took the money and expressed his gratitude to the jeepney driver.
