Running away from a responsibility of paying your credit is not a good idea. The former Supreme Court Chief Justice Reynato Puno said the “Rule of Procedure for Small Claims Cases” allows anyone to file a case against people who owes them money.

If you want to file a case, the money claim should not exceed P200,000 including interests and penalty fees (if there’s any).
